About Me
Hi, I’m Savannah Barbitta, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who works with clients struggling with things like digestion, hormone imbalance, sleep, and more, helping them build lasting changes so they can feel their best in a way that feels doable. I focus on small, sustainable changes that create real impact over time.
My Approach
I believe health is more than masking symptoms. Our bodies are incredibly intelligent. They’re always working for us. Sometimes they just need targeted support to get back into balance.
My approach is bio-individual and foundations-based, which means we focus on what your body needs most. Whether that’s digestion, blood sugar balance, nutritional needs, or nervous system support, we start where it matters most for you.
The best part about this approach is that everything in the body is connected. When we begin supporting one area, we often see improvements in others too.
It’s easy to get stuck in that cycle of trying new things, managing symptoms, and never quite getting to the root of what’s going on. What I care about most is helping you better understand your body, simplify the process, and focus on what will actually move the needle so you can feel more confident and supported in your health.
What It’s Like to Work Together
When working with me, you can expect a supportive and collaborative experience.
We’ll focus on:
Personalized recommendations that make sense for your body and your lifestyle
Building habits that feel realistic and sustainable
Adjusting things along the way so you don’t feel stuck or overwhelmed
Creating consistency so you can start to feel real, lasting change
You don’t have to do everything perfectly. You just have to keep moving forward and I’ll guide you through that.
Credentials
I’m a graduate of the Nutritional Therapy Association, where I was trained in a whole-body, foundational approach to wellness.
I’m passionate about continuing to learn and bringing that knowledge into my work and I genuinely love sharing what I learn with my clients.
A Little More About Me
Outside of working with clients, I also work part-time at a local market and café, which I love so much. I love to think of it as a year-round Farmers Market. We focus on supporting local farmers and businesses, prioritizing organic and sustainable products, and being really intentional about the quality of the products and food items we offer in the café. It’s important to me to be in an environment that values nourishing the body with ingredients and products you can truly trust.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outside riding my bike, hiking, rock climbing, or just being in the sunshine whenever I can.
If This Feels Like a Good Fit
If this approach resonates with you, I’d love to connect and learn more about how I can support you.
You can book a free consultation or reach out with any questions—whatever feels like the next best step for you.
